Profit leakage is a significant problem for auto repair shop owners due to parts theft, unaccounted-for parts costs, and the time it takes to sort through thousands of vendor invoices. The end result is thousands of dollars every month being lost by auto repair shops as a result of these inefficiencies.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive at WickedFile, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving new business growth and forging strong client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in showcasing the value of WickedFile’s AI-powered solutions to prospective clients and ensuring they achieve their business goals through our platform. This is a high-impact role for a proactive and results-driven sales professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of WickedFile’s SaaS-powered AI solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analysis, product demonstrations, and consultative sales discussions to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Deal Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure, including proposal development, negotiation, and securing commitments.
- Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and adapt strategies as needed.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with AI or technology-driven solutions. Experience in the auto repair or automotive space is not required but preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, AI technologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Driven & Resourceful: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
