Job Description: Full-Time Tennis Professional

Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, FL, is seeking a full-time Tennis Professional to join our vibrant team. Our club boasts a highly active Tennis and Pickleball community featuring adult and junior programs and a robust private lesson culture. With twelve clay courts and eight pickleball courts, our professional staff enjoy the opportunity to teach year-round.

Job details:

• We seek a candidate passionate about teaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels. 
• Experience organizing men’s and women’s tennis teams and assisting with social events is highly valued.
• A USPTA and/or PTR professional certification is preferred. 
• The ideal professional should have a 5.0 USTA Player Rating or experience at the Division 1 college or professional level. 
• The role offers the opportunity to teach 25-35 hours per week.

Compensation includes lesson and clinic income plus an hourly wage. The position also includes responsibilities for court maintenance, event support, and league match coordination.
