Position: HR Specialist
Type: Full-Time
About the Role:As the HR Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in defining the structure of our HR department and bringing new ideas to support our team’s growth. We’re looking for someone who understands HR operations thoroughly and can introduce best practices across recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment efforts to fulfill the staffing needs of our growing team.
- Establish foundational practices for employee onboarding, training, and retention.
- Ensure HR compliance and support a positive work environment.
- Bring ideas and insights to help us build an efficient, employee-centered HR department.
- Experience: 3+ years in Human Resources or related role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR operations and the necessary software, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) software and employment practices.
