Currently, we are seeking a professional, skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Burlington, Vermont.
Job Qualifications:
  • Hands-on and results-driven
  • At least a high school education
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Experience in restaurant equipment maintenance and/or troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Ability to kneel, bend, squat and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
  • Comfortable working with moving mechanical parts, heated surfaces, and basic chemicals
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electric, HVAC, and refrigeration repair

Job Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the responsibility to ensure our Burlington, Vermont locations are consistently in top condition. This includes:
  • Performing basic preventive maintenance on food service equipment (ice machines, refrigeration, coffee & espresso equipment, ovens, etc.)
  • Providing basic plumbing and electric service as needed
  • Operating basic power tools and equipment
  • Maintaining and operating a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts inventory
  • Collaborating with the immediate supervisor to ensure tasks are completed timely
  • Establishing friendly relationships with store managers and employees, providing a helpful communication pathway to supervisors and Multi-Unit Leaders
