Channel Sales Support SpecialistUS, Canada, Latin AmericaTalis Group’s client is the global leader in packaging and product integrity testing equipment, covering industries including food & beverage, flexible packaging, paints/ coatings, and various Industrial end markets.  They are searching for a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Channel Sales Support Specialist, for the Americas and Canada. This position will play a critical role within the channel sales team.  This is a REMOTE position. You may be based anywhere in the U.S.Base salary: $70K + bonus structure with $100-105K total income potential. Includes a strong benefits package. Great growth potential. HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
  • Work alongside the Channel Management team to ensure our partners are successful
  • Act as the first point of contact to our US, Canada, and LATAM channel partners by navigating across global departments. 
  • Help our partners navigate worldwide business units to solve problems and drive success. 
  • Qualify incoming leads with potential end users and connect the lead to the appropriate Partner across the Americas  Perform additional duties beyond the scope of work upon request.
 REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in English and Spanish 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude towards assisting colleagues.
  • Ability to participate in problem-solving and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
