Sales Representative

At OTD, we specialize in providing top-tier delivery and installation services, including appliances, furniture and exercise equipment. Known for our white-glove service and next-day delivery, we pride ourselves on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to OTD’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
- Present and promote OTD’s services to prospective clients, including B2B partners.
- Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs, emphasizing our white-glove and next-day delivery services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in sales (2+ years), preferably in logistics, delivery, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate client needs.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with delivery, installation, or logistics services.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and ability to tailor pitches effectively.
