Prime Roots is seeking a Field Sales Associate that is not afraid
of rolling their sleeves up and going door to door selling our groundbreaking products to
restaurants, stores etc around the West Coast with a focus on California (50% Travel
Requirement - Food and Beverage experience a MUST)

Responsibilities:
  • Run the entire sales process independently and close accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with local retailers and restaurants
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Visit organizations that don't carry or use our products and pitch them the products
  • Travel up to 50% of the time visiting different areas within the West Coast Region
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Associate, Manager, Area Manager or similar senior
  • sales role in the Food and Beverage domain
  • Ability to adapt to the day to day challenges of working within a startup (problem solver)
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
