- A detail-oriented, time management focused, autonomous individual with a positive attitude ready to assist our Sales and Warehouse department?
- A superb and timely communicator with the ability to multi-task and prioritize?
- A data entry guru with the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to accurately keep information up to date while notifying the team along the way?
- Work closely with the Team and customers to accurately fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Adjust orders accordingly and alert the applicable department of any discrepancies.
- Update order data in appropriate systems.
- Keep the Team and customers updated on shipment schedules, tracking details, and report delays immediately.
- Accurately create orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met.
Location Requirements:
- This job is in Irvine, CA. You must be able to work from Axiom’s Irvine, CA office. Once you are proficient in this job, there is the option to work a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week from home.
- This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you live in the Irvine, CA area.
- Data entry or typing experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Some customer service experience and order processing in a CRM, specifically MAS helpful.
