We are currently looking for a Collision Estimator/Customer Service Relations Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Collision Estimator/Customer Service Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, providing detailed repair estimates, and serving as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the repair process. You will help ensure a seamless experience for customers while working closely with technicians, insurance companies, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess vehicle damage to create accurate repair estimates.
  • Provide detailed estimates to customers, explaining the repair process, timeline, and costs.
  • Communicate with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide status updates on repair progress.
  • Work with insurance companies to ensure accurate claims processing and approval.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and professionalism.
  • Track and update estimates and repairs through our internal management system. (CCC)
  • Provide assistance in the shop, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service throughout the repair process.
  • Assist in managing customer expectations and handling any disputes or concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Physical Damage Appraiser License
  • Previous experience in auto collision estimating or related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of auto repair processes and industry standards.
  • Proficient in computer software used for estimating and customer management (e.g., Mitchell, CCC ONE, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
  • I-CAR or ASE certification in collision repair estimating.
  • Experience working with insurance companies and claims processes.
