Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, sending/requesting/uploading documents.
 
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years office experience;
  • Basic computer and phone skills;
  • Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word;
  • Must have professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills;
  • Fast learner, trainable;
  • Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train.
 
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

$15 - Temp to Perm
