Role Overview

In the capacity of an Admissions Application Processor, you will be integral in assessing and managing admission applications to further our enrollment objectives. Your duties will encompass the review and upkeep of student records while offering support to both internal and external stakeholders.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Evaluate and process admission applications and associated documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive student and departmental records
  • Assess applicants' admission eligibility
  • Verify college transcripts and academic performance
  • Provide assistance to applicants and stakeholders
  • Generate communications for applicants
  • Facilitate training for new team members

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM admission systems
  • Understanding of university policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree

Skills and Competencies

  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities
