Production Specialist/Materials Planner

Requirements:What You will be doing as a Production Specialist:
- Responsible for the administration of OPS, FF and Repack production lines.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation, organization, and closeout for the production and repack processes.
- Complete accurate and thorough calculations for production and inventory processes.
- Perform precise analytics, detailed reviews and maintain clear, concise documentation.
- Responsible for maintaining regional repacking including material movements, transfer orders, and completing all system transactions for the production warehouses.
- Daily collection and entry of production data into designated reports or system program
- Executes third-party production plan including scheduling, material transfers, system transactions and invoicing.
- Ensures production compliance as well as guaranteeing warehouse postings are current.
- Lead and /or support efficiency and process improvement projects
- Back up on critical tasks for a regional team, inbound, and outbound processes, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Materials planning (forecasting and reporting)
- SCADA and ERP

- Successful previous experience in production planning and reporting with an exceptional ability to meet tight production deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels with customers and co-workers
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment
