Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Promptly assist customers at the counter.
- Analyzes customers' needs and recommends products.
- Prepare and enter sales orders in SAGE software.
- Accurately fills the orders by retrieving requested materials.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and pleasant manner, assisting customers and taking orders while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist the Sales department with filling and entering orders.
- Follow-up on customer orders, and resolve problems to customer's satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the branch as needed, straightening, and cleaning counter area and warehouse.
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in the water and wastewater industry is a plus, but willing to train the right person.
- Previous experience in warehouse and/or counter sales is a plus.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
