Responsibilities:
  • Support Case Managers;
  • Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system;
  • Send correct letters to clients;
  • Drafting correspondence;
  • Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients;
  • Maintain communication with client;
  • General office support & tasks as needed;
  • Build and maintain case database.

Qualifications:
  • Warm, outgoing and customer service-oriented;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word;
  • Bilingual English/Spanish;
  • Attention to detail and deadline oriented.
