  • Processing daily deposits of cash and checks.
  • Creating data entry sheet for cash deposits for Account Managers.
  • Daily reconciliation of credit card revenue.
  • Processing and entering daily journal vouchers.
  • Performing monthly cash till audits.
  • Creating monthly utility invoices for customers.
  • Data entry for tracking sheets.  

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent required.
  • MBA or Master’s of Accountancy preferred.
  • Over 3 years of Cash Management Accounting Experience.
  • Over 2 years of General Accounting Experience.
  • Strong knowledge/skillset with US GAAP.
  • Advanced to Expert level Microsoft Excel Skillset preferred.
  • Strong Knowledge of State, Local, Federal requirements for reporting and finance operation processes and controls.
