As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, assisting customers with their automotive needs and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way. You'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping to keep our operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen to customer concerns and effectively communicate automotive issues and solutions
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (training provided)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling service appointments
  • Listen to customer concerns, ask probing questions, and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Provide customers with estimates for service and repairs, explain recommended repairs and maintenance, and obtain necessary approvals
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
