As a Maintenance Technician at Olde Towne Apartments, your responsibilities will include:
  • Restoring vacated apartments to “market ready” status promptly and according to the Property Manager’s timetable.
  • Handling maintenance requests and work orders assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assisting in maintaining the property’s physical integrity, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Inspecting vacated apartments and performing necessary repairs and replacements.
  • Checking lights, windows, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and other components.
  • Assisting with painting, cleaning, and debris removal.
  • Reporting supply needs and performing other tasks as requested.
  • MUST be ok with rotating on call every OTHER week.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour.
Work Location: In person.
