Job Description:

As a Chief Financial Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes overseeing the finance and accounting departments, preparing financial statements and reports, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the company's financial health. The CFO also plays a key role in strategic planning and decision-making, working closely with other executives to guide the company's direction.

  1. Develop Financial Strategy: Create and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to project future performance, assess risks, and support decision-making.
  4. Financial Statements: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  5. Capital Allocation: Oversee the company’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and cash management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: In finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  2. Professional Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly valued.
  3. Extensive Financial Management Experience: Typically, 10+ years in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position.
  4. Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading finance teams and managing cross-functional teams.
  5. ERP Systems: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  6. Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with financial analysis tools and software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
