  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, particularly Access, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with consumption and inventory management
  • Strong project management abilities
  • The capability to work collaboratively across departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compile inventory activity data
  • Investigate and assess consumption rates and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Gather and prepare operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Examine labor variances and indirect labor usage
  • Support the preparation of monthly forecasts
  • Contribute to Operations & Manufacturing projects
  • Aid in annual physical inventories
  • Assist with operational planning and output analysis
  • Perform sales and shipping analysis
  • Prepare detailed periodic and ad-hoc reports
  • Conduct overhead absorption and standard cost rollup analyses
  • Review slow-moving and obsolete inventory
  • Analyze intercompany material transfers
  • Support month-end close and report preparation
  • Monitor process changes and assess their impact on overall costs
