Clarus is looking for a SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (CSM) who’s interested in a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Healthcare innovation.


The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Clarus will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to revolutionize patient communication within large Healthcare Systems. Our product, a sophisticated Call Management Solution, is designed to enhance both daytime and after-hours patient interactions. As a Senior CSM, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of new customers during onboarding and throughout their lifetime with Clarus.


SALARY ---> $80K - $100K Base Salary DOE

BONUS ---> Annual Bonus Potential (10%) + Quarterly Bonus Potential (5%)

LOCATION ---> Nashville, TN (Clarus HQ)

HOW WILL YOUR SUCCESS BE MEASURED YOUR FIRST YEAR?

  • Did you ensure that Clarus customers saw ongoing value, leading to Contract Renewals, and were you able to identify the potential for expanding the scope of services or products used by those same Clarus customers?


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR CSM LIKE YOU?


  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Customer Success environment with a SaaS Platform (Healthcare Industry experience PREFERRED but NOT REQUIRED)


  • Proven track record at achieving measurable results – either Sales Team quotas or Customer Service benchmarks (*NO SALES QUOTA IN THIS ROLE THOUGH)


  • Ability to travel up to 10 days per month, to customer sites, events, and off-site meetings in the United States


  • Availability and flexibility to address customer issues and needs as they come up during overnights and weekends


  • Someone who is naturally curious and interested in understanding the “Why?” behind things


  • Someone who is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Clarus product and who can “boil things down” when explaining things to Clarus customers


  • Strong technical background with experience in working directly with customers representing SaaS solutions


  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to rapidly learn new technologies


  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, which translate into helping customers achieve their objectives while ensuring the Company delivers on its goals


  • Self-starter who takes initiative, who has the ability to work autonomously and initiate solutions, and who demonstrate critical thinking skills, which translate into helping customers achieve their objectives while ensuring the Company delivers on its goals


  • MAJOR PLUS: Someone who has experience in Practice Management and who wants to come to the Vendor side of things
