SKILLS & EXPERINCE


  • Substantial experience in customer-facing project management roles at automotive Tier 1
  • Strong understanding of automotive development processes.
  • Technical background in ADAS and sensor applications (Radar or LiDAR).
  • Leadership skills to effectively represent customer needs within development.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, working directly with OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Ability to balance technical insights with customer expectations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engineering degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Previous experience as an Applications Engineer, Project Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role.



ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 partners, aligning on needs and requirements.
  • Drive development from pre-A-samples to production, ensuring smooth progress.
  • Assess and prioritize feature timelines, balancing feasibility and project constraints.
  • Identify optimization opportunities, providing insights on trade-offs.
  • Lead the creation of a customer-focused project team.
  • Travel to customer sites for engineering discussions, product demos, and feedback sessions.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements for the development team.
  • Prioritize and decide on feature inclusion based on customer insights and project milestones.
  • Present updates and product details in a clear, engaging manner for stakeholders.
