Role Overview

· We are searching for a software engineer passionate about leveraging AI in practical and innovative ways.
· In this role, you will partner with data, DevOps, information security, and R&D teams to create advanced AI-enhanced tools and applications.
· You will develop solutions ranging from user-friendly web applications to complex backend automations and data pipelines powered by AI.
· This position primarily focuses on internal development but may involve customer-oriented projects.
· We are looking for candidates skilled in JavaScript and familiar with AI tools such as vector databases, embeddings, and generative APIs. While direct experience in AI is beneficial, demonstrated hands-on projects or exploratory work in AI technologies are valued.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with teams to identify software requirements and create custom AI-powered solutions.
· Design and develop applications, from straightforward UIs to complete React-based platforms, server-side automation, and AI-driven data workflows.
· Manage the full software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
· Build scalable, high-performance applications incorporating AI technologies for workflow efficiency.
· Continuously evaluate and optimize software architecture, prioritizing security, performance, and scalability.
· Work in partnership with data intelligence, DevOps, and security teams to implement innovative and secure solutions.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Next.js), with practical experience in backend development and AI tools.
· Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS (e.g., API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SageMaker), and databases like MongoDB, DuckDB, LanceDB, RDBMS, and Firebase. Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
· Knowledge of AI technologies and large language model (LLM) APIs such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Llama, AWS Bedrock, and Hugging Face. Experience in building AI model data pipelines is a plus.
· Strong understanding of software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and security guidelines (e.g., OWASP).
· Ability to independently manage projects, multitask effectively, and collaborate across various teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
Educational and Experience Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree
· 3+ years of software development experience, especially in JavaScript, backend technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS.
· Professional AI experience or substantial personal/experimental work with AI tools and projects.
