Accounting Services Associate 

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon - Fri  MST

Pay is $16.00 Hour. / Great Benefits from day one.

Must have:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1-2 years in a working environment
  • Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
  • Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:
  • Computer Skills: knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening
  • Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place

About the Role 

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting functions while ensuring compliance. 

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for: 

Reviewing and verifying invoices and understanding the issues of an invoice/ receipt/ payment and check requests 

Processing calls and emails from client and client vendors on questions about their invoices 

Fixing errors on invoices in the AP system so they can be paid 

Processing payments in Payment system, print, fold and mail out checks 

Performing first-level review of the accounting process and documents using standard operating instructions 

Escalating documents requiring attention to be completed.

  • Performs first level review of the accounting process and documents using standard operating instructions.
  • Reviews and verifies invoices.
  • Understands invoice, receipt, payment issues, and check requests.
  • Escalates documents requiring attention to be completed.
  • Achieves productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead.
  • Performs any other first-level tasks assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The pay for this role is $16 per hour.
