Qualifications:
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience taking meeting minutes is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, and in a professional office environment is key.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct administrative support to senior-level leadership.
  • Assist and coordinate internal meetings and office events.
  • Take meeting minutes and create reference points for decisions, progress tracking, and accountability.
  • Maintain office systems including organizing files, managing supplies, and various clerical tasks as needed.
