Vaco Richmond is recruiting for a Support Specialist who will provide efficient administrative services within the transportation and logistics industry. We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP.
All prospects must reside locally within the greater Richmond, VA region.

Responsibilities
  • Researching, and obtaining proper documentation in relation to fleet operations.
  • Inputting data in an accurate and time-effective manner, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing reports including fleet performance, usage, and costs.
  • Complete client requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation related to expenses.
Qualifications
  • Ability to remain professional and on task in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Able to remain reliable and consistent.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to jump into various projects and assignments.
