Responsibilities include handling employee counseling, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and responding to any employee-related claims. In addition, you will be expected to work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors, maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding human resources matters. ** Bachelor’s degree, required
** 5-8 years of HR experience, 3+ years of management experience
** Extensive experience in employee relations, employee investigations, benefits administration and talent acquisition
** Technically proficient in ADP and Workday
