Position Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that drive value for our customers. You'll work on a variety of projects, from developing intelligent algorithms to building scalable AI platforms. If you're a seasoned AI engineer with a passion for innovation and a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of AI-powered solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  2. Algorithm Development: Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  3. Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate machine learning models using large-scale datasets, optimizing for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  4. Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
  5. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of AI models and systems, leveraging techniques such as distributed computing, parallel processing, and GPU acceleration.
  6. Data Engineering: Work closely with data engineers to design and build data pipelines and infrastructure for collecting, storing, and processing data at scale.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that meet customer requirements.
  8. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to improve AI solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and proficiency in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, with a passion for tackling complex AI challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
