What You’ll Do:
- Material & Inventory Management: Oversee and manage material inventory to ensure the availability of necessary components for production.
- Production Scheduling: Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring that operations align with planned timelines.
- Schedule Validation: Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to the established schedule.
- Engineering Changes & BOM Management: Handle engineering changes and maintain a thorough understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, managing inbound shipments and ensuring clear, tactful communication across all levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in material management, planning, and logistics.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and proficiency in reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating resourcefulness and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations with diplomacy.
