Job Title: Visual Communications Manager
Job Summary:
As a Visual Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and owning the visual communication and written voice of each brand. Your role will encompass brand management, website updates, social media and content creation, sales support, event management, product catalogues, creative collaboration, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual and Written Brand Management:
- Design, manage, and own the visual communication and written voice of each brand.
- Develop and maintain brand standards, including logos, colors, and fonts.
- Oversee the design and production of all brand assets, such as labels, QR codes, shipping boxes, and bags.
Website Management:
- Manage and update company websites with current information.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO knowledge is a plus).
Social Media and Content Creation:
- Plan social media calendars and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Direct multimedia producers to create and upload creative assets.
Sales Support:
- Develop PowerPoint templates and presentations to support sales teams in client meetings.
- Create sales tools for various meetings, presentations, and events in collaboration with the sales team.
Event Management:
- Assist in directing and managing pop-up events and roadshows as needed.
Product Catalogues:
- Design and layout product tear sheets, catalogues, or info pages.
- Direct and maintain product catalogues with sales teams.
- Establish product photography standards and direct photo shoots for catalogues with the multimedia producer.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work with creative teams to produce illustrations or renders for sales assets as required.
- Create additional drawings, illustrations, or renders to support brand efforts.
Asset Management:
- Request and organize product photos, in-store photos, illustrations, and other visual assets for various content needs or create them as needed.
- Work with local model agencies to identify and book models as needed, maintaining an ongoing library of options and costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brand management, visual communications, or a similar role.
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Knowledge of website management and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and creative teams.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Location: On-site, Westminster, Colorado (Relocation assistance is not available for this position)
