ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Enablement Specialist is an in-house sales platform expert, providing internal teams with training and on-going support across tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Winmo and Gong. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work with sales leadership and external vendors to maximize productivity across our sales tools, including communicating new capabilities, developing improved processes, and providing general best practices. Additional responsibilities include researching, vetting and onboarding new tools to support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and resourceful problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a Salesforce Administrator Certificate.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate adoption and usage of current sales tools (lead gen, call tracking, email cadence, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement and/or the need for new partnerships.
  • Research, vet and onboard new sales tools/platforms as needed.
  • Troubleshoot potential issues within Salesforce, Pardot, email deliverability, or other sales tools and provide quick and thorough solutions.
  • Train relevant teams on and develop documentation around any new vendors and/or process updates as needed.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on assigned sales platforms, fielding related questions, and researching answers.
  • Establish strong relationships with sales tool partners to understand their full suite of offerings and to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Track partnership growth to determine success of internal communications, identifying strengths and weaknesses and using the assessment to consistently improve future programs.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Administration Certification plus 2+ years’ experience in corporate application (company size 100+)
  • Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teams
  • Demonstrated confidence and discipline to work independently


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in digital advertising sales
  • Experience in Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics

Experience with Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, including:

Campaigns

Automation Rules

Advanced Segmentation

List Emails/Engagement Studio

Experience working in Gong, Winmo (or other relevant lead generation tool), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Showpad or Docusign


LOCATION/STRUCTURE

Locations: Any (Columbia, Chicago, Kansas City, Chicago)

Structure: Full time in-office required, 6 WFH days/mo after 1 year


COMPENSATION

Base Salary: 75k-85k
