Sales Enablement Assistant

Position Summary
Mavely is seeking a talented and creative Sales Enablement Assistant to join our marketing team. The
Sales Enablement Assistant will help Mavely secure new business and execute client deliverables.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining our go-to-market
presentation materials across various departments, including sales, business development, and
partnerships. Your work will be instrumental in articulating Mavely's value proposition, ensuring
brand consistency, and equipping our teams with compelling tools to effectively engage clients and
drive business growth.
Key components of this position include creative branding and messaging, digital communications,
and production design. In addition to developing pitch materials, this role will take ownership of paid
marketing placements for our retail partners across email, social, and other digital channels —
supporting content development, quality assurance, fulfillment, and optimization.
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
● Content Development: Create, design, and refine compelling go-to-market decks,
presentations, and marketing collateral for multiple departments.
● Visual Design: Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing presentations that
engage and inform stakeholders.
● Client Deliverables: Fulfill marketing placements from brand partners — for our app, emails,
social channels, website, etc. — by monitoring deal pipelines, collecting and creating assets,
conducting quality assurance, deploying content across channels, and optimizing performance.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with Mavely's brand guidelines, messaging, and
visual identity.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, business development,
partnerships, and other teams to understand their needs and tailor materials accordingly.
● Messaging: Develop clear and persuasive messaging that effectively communicates our
offerings and value to various audiences.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market
dynamics to enhance the effectiveness of communication materials.
● Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams to continuously improve the
quality and impact of marketing materials.
● Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of
high-quality materials.
● Quality Assurance: Ensure that pitch materials and client deliverables are accurate, relevant,
and up to date.
● Innovation: Explore new formats, tools, and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of our
communication efforts.
● Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the marketing team with additional ad-hoc design projects and needs.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
● 1 – 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing communications, content creation, or a
similar role.
● A portfolio showcasing previous work in marketing communications and design.
● Strong written communication skills.
● Ability to synthesize and develop messaging that aligns with business objectives and resonates
with target audiences.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
● Exceptional attention to detail.
● Proactive, self-motivated with an innate sense of urgency.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
● Proficiency in design software and presentation tools.
● Proficiency in email marketing software such as Hubspot.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms
is a plus.
