Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and address any discrepancies.
- Utilize the "3-way matching" process to confirm proper documentation for payments.
- Oversee and reconcile the "goods received but not invoiced" report.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor the accounts payable aging report and ensure timely payments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve AP processes and controls for greater efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
- Familiarity with online payment systems and AP software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Proficiency in learning new accounting systems; experience with Microsoft
