Job Overview:
A reputable organization in White Plains, NY, is seeking a Fundraising and Development/Grants Specialist to spearhead fundraising initiatives, manage grant applications, and strengthen donor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
- Identify, research, and write grant proposals to secure funding from public and private sources.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor recognition programs.
- Prepare detailed reports on fundraising activities, grant applications, and donor contributions.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising goals with the organization's mission and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or nonprofit development.
- Proven track record of securing grants and meeting fundraising goals.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in donor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
