Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant. Position includes assisting with legal document preparation and administrative matters, including forming corporate / partnership entities, preparing regulatory filings, assisting with day-to-day office operations, etc. This is an ideal position for a sharp, motivated and highly organized person comfortable working in a tech-forward law firm.
