Job Description:

This position involves supervising a team of 3-6 professionals on commercial projects, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring safety compliance. The role also includes managing job margins, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track. Ideal for someone with a background in commercial construction who is seeking career growth in a stable company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule labor needs to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Oversee the delivery and management of roofing materials.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols for all team members.
  • Monitor job margins, process purchase orders, and manage overtime.
  • Assist with hands-on tasks and support the crew as needed.
  • Provide a company vehicle and gas card for eligible drivers with a clean driving record.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with tile roofing is a plus.
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams.
  • Basic computer skills.
