Position Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Benefits Administrator to provide crucial support during a busy season. This fully remote role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully by handling essential tasks and assisting the team in managing a high workload.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Tasks: Input data into Excel templates; prepare and send invoices.
  • Data Entry: Manage spreadsheets containing formulas; ensure accuracy.
  • Project Support: Assist with managing employee records and other ad hoc projects.
  • Communication: Effectively liaise with team members, HR, and other departments as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Clear communication skills and a willingness to follow procedures.
  • Prior experience in data entry, billing, or administrative support is a plus.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
