Responsibilities:

  • Providing Technical Support to customers.
  • Travel to customer’s location to repair or modify Komatsu Stamping Press Equipment
  • Responsible for improving Service sales and parts sales through Customer Contact.
  • Supervise the repair using sub-contractors and/or Customers maintenance people.
  • Preform PM and Inspections.
  • Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for Service to Customers. This includes contacting Sub-Contractors and preparing their estimate into our quote for service.
  • Present quotation to the customers with explanation.
  • Prepare and present final reports to customers including Inspection reports.
  • Provide Warranty Service and Support
  • Contact Customers on a regular basis for Customer relationships. Promote Service and Parts sales.
  • Provide Technical phone support. Supply the Customer with viable Product information to repair their equipment.
  • Assist in new Press machine installations


Qualifications:

Associate degree with an emphasis in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Stamping Press or Manufacturing Maintenance
  • Experience managing or supervising a team in a manufacturing/mechanical setting
  • Hands on technical experience in a manufacturing/mechanical setting
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and forward-thinking attitude.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and effective multitasking to support company initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%


Preferred Skills:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Press Experience
  • PLC experience
