We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the growth and development of our Kentucky operations as an Area Manager. This position requires a strong background in project management, business development, and technical expertise in civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage business and technical operations for Kentucky with a focus on expanding our presence.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to identify and pursue new opportunities with clients and projects.
  • Work with marketing staff to promote our brand and services within Kentucky.
  • Maintain relationships with municipal clients, private developers, and state agencies to foster successful partnerships.
  • Oversee project performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines for planning, design, and construction services.
  • Identify staffing needs and work with HR to recruit and develop talent.

Requirements:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; KY PE license is desirable.
  • 10+ years of experience managing pursuits and projects for public or private sector civil engineering projects is essential.
  • Deep understanding of the Kentucky market for engineering services and ability to identify current/future needs.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
