REAL ESTATE GRAPHIC DESIGNER


BASIC FUNCTION: The Commercial Real Estate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and designing high-quality marketing materials that promote commercial real estate properties. This role involves producing brochures, property flyers, proposals, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content that align with the company’s brand standards. The designer collaborates with marketing, sales, and brokerage teams to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and enhance property appeal. The position requires managing multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining consistency across materials, and staying up to date with industry trends to deliver visually compelling and impactful content.


JOB TYPE: Full-time - ON-SITE (this is not a remote position)


HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing


PRIMARY DUTIES: The Commercial Real Estate Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually engaging marketing materials that effectively showcase commercial properties. This includes designing and producing high-quality brochures, flyers, proposals, presentations, email campaigns, and social media graphics. The designer is part of the marketing team and works with brokers to understand project goals and target audiences, ensuring each design aligns with the company’s brand and enhances property marketability. Additionally, the designer manages multiple projects concurrently, ensures brand consistency across all materials, and stays current with industry design trends to deliver innovative and impactful visual content.


1.      Design & Branding: Develop visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, offering memorandums, email campaigns, and presentations, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and client needs. Create illustrations, graphics, maps, and other collateral that enhance business development efforts and elevate marketing materials.


2.      Property Marketing: Design custom graphics and layouts to highlight property features and benefits for listings, ensuring each project accurately reflects the property’s unique selling points.


3.      Digital & Print Design: Develop both print and digital assets, including social media, websites banners, email templates, advertisement, etc.


4.      Collaborative Work: Partner with the marketing team to understand project goals, target audiences, and key messaging, creating effective and engaging design solutions. Contribute to team and business development brainstorming sessions to drive creative strategies.


5.      Quality Assurance: Review and proof all design work for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines before final production.


6.      Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in commercial real estate marketing and design, offering innovative solutions to elevate the visual impact of our marketing efforts. Conduct research to better understand the target market, including buyer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities, to inform and optimize design strategies.


7.      Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.


COORDINATION: This position requires coordination and engagement with salespeople and other staff members.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


1.      Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

2.      Video editing a plus

3.      Education in Marketing & Graphic Design.

4.      Superior grammatical and writing abilities

5.      Strong listening skills and detail oriented.

6.      Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience required. Experience in commercial real estate a plus.

7.      Tackle problems as they arise with creative solutions.

8.      Professional dresser and demeanor.

9.      Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.

10.  Experience creating marketing pitches, presentations, property marketing collateral, websites/landing pages, digital and print advertisement, social media marketing, etc.

11.  Trend awareness.

12.  Works well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Able to lift and move 30 pounds.
  • Valid Driver License with clean driving record. Must be eligible for coverage under Company auto policy.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
