JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a self-motivated marketing associate seeking tremendous growth opportunity, that can bring creative ideas, has the ability to do targeted market research, graphic design technical skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc) with real estate knowledge preferred and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


This position and opportunity are well suited for marketing professionals, future entrepreneurs or executives, who want to experience what it is like to build and grow a business through creative, thought-provoking marketing concepts.


Please note this is not a remote position and the individual must be a California resident.


DUTIES – KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage social media, including posting, engagement, and reporting (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

• Work with executive team and sales team to create event strategies and execute on those strategies

• Manage Special Events that the Company hosts

• Create content for Press Releases, Blog Posts and Market Updates

• Collaborate with 3rd party providers to create marketing collateral

• Engage with press and news sources to regularly field and promote PACT Capital coverage

• Oversee and coordinate the creation of information for marketing packages to create both templated and custom proposals and marketing packages.

• Ongoing collaboration and communication with internal marketing teams and brokers and other stakeholders from the beginning of the marketing process to post-close activities

• Review material for quality control, editing grammar and syntax, and ensuring the material remains on-brand

• Review and analyze email campaign development

• Ensure that information is accurate and consistent across website and 3rd party platforms

• Manage multiple projects at any given time while maintaining critical guidelines

• Demonstrate compliance with all firm wide and federal regulations that apply to the position

• Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures and other regulations that may apply

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to complete target market research

• Marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Outlook)

• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Demonstrated time management skills, reflecting the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering work product on time.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.

• Possess excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, including ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.

• Completed or working towards a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Agribusiness, Business, Finance, Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience, preferred
