Responsibilities

  • Recruit, Interview, and Onboard new hires for staff level and non-exempt positions
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, review payroll systems, and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Oversee Benefit plans and administration for employees including FLMA leaves and ACA compliance matters
  • Various other HR Management responsibilities including coordinating staff meetings, maintaining employee files, oversee employee disciplinary matters, updating performance reviews, and develop needed HR Process improvements.


Qualifications


  • 3+ Years of HR experience including Payroll, Benefits & Recruiting
  • Experience with all facets of HR Management responsibilities
  • Desire to work in a HR Manager role with ability to see process improvements and initiate changes as needed.
