ResponsibilitiesLead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.
- Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
- Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization's strategic
priorities. - Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of
Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
