The Stock Administrator position requires a highly upbeat and results-oriented individual with a proven track record and the ability to deliver results in high growth and a very vital role Working in a small team, this highly transparent role will share responsibility for all equity related transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping.
  2. Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements.
  3. Lead and supervise share issuances, outstanding and available under the Company’s stock plans including perform monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of records between Equity database and General Ledger, HR, Payroll and tax reporting.
  4. Act as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concerns.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting (Preferred, but not necessary).
  2. Strong experience with global equity plans and the associated tax issues.
  3. Familiar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.).
  4. Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 Plan.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to function well in a very collaborative ecosystem.

You might also have

  1. Experience with building projects using the Unity engine.
  2. Experience building realtime 3D content and a knowledge of the history and passion for the future of the domain.
  3. Literacy and proven experience with Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development methodologies and using tools such as Jira, Fogbugz, Favro, Trello, and Confluence to implement them.
