Director, Sales Training

Reporting to the SVP of Distribution and Field Support, you will maximize the effectiveness of our Sales & Distribution teams. You will develop and implement systematic learning and development solutions focused on important systems and sales processes, which are necessary for advancing our business. This includes training programs, job aids, eLearning, and interactive course content. In addition to creating these learning solutions, you will ensure that all training programs align with our brand standards and are consistent with sales strategies and global curricula. You will also oversee every aspect of the learning solutions, including project management, content creation, and training facilitation.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in Sales development, commercial training, and Sales/Insights Leadership.
  2. 5+ years of previous sales / account management experience.
  3. CPG industry or Beverage experience.
  4. Experience in curriculum development, content generation, training delivery, long-distance learning tools and techniques, gamification, and practical knowledge of CRM, LMS systems.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  6. Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.
  7. Travel 40-50%.
  8. Permanent position.
