  • Design and implement automated workflows that integrate CAD/CAM data and BIM models directly into CNC machines.
  • Develop and maintain databases that track real-time machine performance, production data, and inventory.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between BIM models, manufacturing, and business systems (ERP/MRP).
  • Incorporate BIM technologies into manufacturing workflows to enhance project visualization, planning, and coordination.
  • Leverage BIM models for accurate CNC machining, ensuring precision in the production of components.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that CNC processes align with BIM-driven construction and fabrication requirements.
  • Program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to precise specifications.
  • Optimize machine settings and CNC programs for enhanced efficiency, precision, and material utilization.
  • Work with BIM data to produce CNC programs for custom parts and complex geometries.
  • Develop and implement solutions for real-time machine monitoring and predictive maintenance using integrated systems.
  • Automate data collection and analysis to continuously improve production workflows and reduce machine downtime.
  • Implement "digital twin" simulations to optimize CNC processes before production begins.
  • Create adaptive systems that allow for rapid prototyping, on-demand manufacturing, and small-batch production.
  • Integrate customer-specific BIM models into automated systems to ensure precision and quality in custom orders.
  • Use advanced systems to gather real-time data from CNC machines for quality control and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Work closely with IT, engineering, and production teams to enhance system functionality and machine efficiency.
  • Train staff on new systems, tools, and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition to more automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that CNC operations align with BIM-driven project timelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, programming, and BIM integration.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, Mastercam).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, machine integration, and automation technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize production data.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation technologies, IoT, and machine learning is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital twin technologies and manufacturing simulation software.
  • Experience in implementing predictive maintenance and machine learning algorithms for CNC operations.
  • Familiarity with smart factory concepts, Industry 4.0 practices, and BIM for industrial projects.
