Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with obtaining the best loan options for their needs, including purchases and refinances.
- Collaborate with our in-house processing team to support the timely collection of required documentation, allowing them to handle the detailed work on the backend for a seamless loan experience.
- Consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Meet and exceed KPIs such as call volume, response time, loan volume, win/loss rates, and client satisfaction.
- Work efficiently within a dedicated CRM system to track progress and manage leads.

Minimum Qualifications:
- No prior industry experience required; we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferred but not required).
