Job Description:
As a Post Merger Integration Senior Consultant within Crowe's Operational Transaction Advisory (OTA) practice, you'll help lead our clients through the analysis, planning, and execution of complex Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We support both the operational due diligence process and the planning and execution of post-close strategies.
Essential skills & responsibilities:
- Work with Private Equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute M&A deals
- Design and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for large and distributed (geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives
- Work in a client-facing role, engaging with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions and execute deal strategy
- Communicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers
- Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US, and possibly internationally
- The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment; significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field required
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&A lifecycle (operational due diligence and integration / carve-outs), including prior roles in areas such as PMI, M&A / Corporate Development, corporate strategy or program management
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations preferred
- Functional expertise in one or more non-IT areas: e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, or Finance required
- Demonstrated Project Management technical skills, with displayed excellence in managing complex cross-functional programs
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time due to a majority of the work being completed at the client's site; the remainder of the work can be completed in a hybrid or remote work arrangement
- Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives
- Advanced analysis and written and verbal communication skills are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,490.00 to $157,579.00 per year.
