Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic.
  • Operate office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and phones.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,006.40 - $46,280.00 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
