The Senior Scheduler will manage and direct all planning and scheduling activities for various projects through application of diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices. The position works under direct supervision, gathers, and distributes information and reports directly to the Scheduling Director. The Senior Scheduler must be a team player and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Senior Scheduler Required Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of P6
- Develop preconstruction bid schedules for pursuits for both Dallas and the Houston office
- Must have construction sequencing knowledge for building GMP/Baseline schedules for commercial construction projects; with ability to read and interpret contract drawings/specs
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- 10+ years of related experience within large scale projects
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
