Senior Scheduler

LVI Associates are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our clients team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various aspects of project scheduling and claims analysis within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include developing schedules, analyzing risks, and conducting forensic analysis of claims. You will work closely with clients, providing support and expertise in schedule management and risk mitigation.
*This is hybrid position and requires you to go to the office 3 days a week in either Houston or Austin*
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed schedules using Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and industry best practices.
- Maintain and update project schedules regularly to ensure accurate tracking.
- Assist clients in identifying and mitigating schedule-related risks.
- Conduct thorough assessments of project schedules and construction claims.
- Analyze construction project cost reports and labor distribution reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in scheduling within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and construction documents.
- Experience in delay analysis.
- PE, PMP and PSP certifications are advantageous.
